Abstract


Title of the study: the contribution of management knowledge in improving the performance of student activity coordinator in Hafr Albatin
Study objective: The current study aims to recognize the contribution of management knowledge in improving the performance of school activity coordinator in the district of Hafr Albatin
-The study also points out differences of statistical significance in the mean of response among school activity coordinator regarding the contribution of management knowledge in multidimensional manner (transfer, invention, employment) of improving performance with steams from years’ experience and training courses.
-In order for the researcher to complete the study objective a cross sectional design was implanted and an electronic survey was handed out to school activity coordinator in Hafr Albatin and the response rate was 150, which is 90% of the study population.
Conclusion:

The degree of management knowledge in improving the performance of school activity coordinator is very significant.
No differences of statistical significance between the mean of responses from school activity coordinator regarding the contribution of management knowledge in a multidimensional manner (transfer, invention, employment) of improving performance with steams from years’ experience and training courses and vacancy in school activity coordination.

Study recommendation: 

Implementing developmental training programs that consider the latest trends in technical and scientific aspects of knowledge management and how to implement them in schools.
Creating an environment that encourages and support all aspects of management knowledge.
Providing financial and logistical means for effective implementation of knowledge management in schools.
Increase the qualification of school activity coordinator to be better equipped for implementing the strategy of management knowledge.
Establishing an organizational environment that is build on initiation expert exchange and cooperation.
