Abstract

Study objectives: this study sought to uncover the relationship between psychological hardiness and burnout among teachers of special education and The difference between each different type.
 Actions: the sample consisted of 50 teacher and mentor, whom applied measurements of hardness(Int), Burnout (basketball, Boubacar, 2012), I have the special education teachers.
Results: the results of the study on the correlation between psychological hardiness and a d minus and burnout among teachers of special education, as results indicated statistically significant differences in hardiness towards females compared to males And statistically significant differences in combustion toward males compared to females parameters.
