Abstract

The goal of current research to develop a checklist for evaluating mobile learning environments in the light of international standards for educational technology. The researchers used for this purpose descriptive and analytical research method in the presentation of research, study and analysis to drive standards, and the researcher to drive the list of design mobile learning environment in the light of global trends in education technology standards and come to develop tool for assessing learning environments for the mobile environment is suitable for the application and then the field study in the presentation of these standards on a sample of professors and experts.
