Standards of designing Chatbot in mobile learning Environment and its Implementation in developing a Model of Chatbot

Abstract


This research aims at obtaining a list of standards for  designing in  Chatbot in mobile learning environment and knowing the extend of its implementation in developing a model of  a chatbot. The researchers used for  this aim the analytical descriptive research  procedures in the presentation, study and analysis of the researches  to obtain the standards. The researchers studied the sources of the derivation of the standard, methods of analysis and classification, then extract the indicators.  The researchers resulted to proto type list of standards and confirmed its true from educational technology specialists. A final list of six standards and (35) indicators was reached, then tested its Implementation in developing  a Model of Chatbot, Then tested this model  by (9) educational technology specialists, the results showed  that the average of the match model of Chatbot with this standards is (93%), Which is a high percentage that indicates conforming to these standards.
