The requirements for applying a curriculum for continuous improvement to develop the performance of pre-university learning departments in Egypt

Abstract

   The current research aimed to know theoretical fundamentals of
Kaizen's methodology for continuous improvement as an administrative
philosophy adopted by the education Idara, And Determination of the application features of Kaizen's methodology in it, monitoring the reality of pre-university
 education Idaras in Egypt.  Then, determine the requirements of applying Kaizen's methodology for continuous improvement of the performance of pre-university
education Idaras, The research used the descriptive method,  The research found the importance of achieving necessary procedural steps when carrying out the Kaizen activities, Including studying the possibility of internal departments and units to implement systematic strategies (Kaizen) , and managers of departments identify specific indicators of the technical parameters of the unit , and understanding of organizational objectives, as well as management involvement and support, and workers involvement.
