Abstract

The current research aimed at measuring the effectiveness of a training program based on Flipped learning in developing the skills of using the "Black Board" system to manage e-learning among faculty members at Qaseem University. The research used the descriptive analytical approach in preparing the theoretical framework and research tools, and the experimental approach in measuring tools and detecting the effectiveness of the proposed program. The program has been applied to 25 members of the staff, the research sample was chosen randomly. The researcher used the following tools: a list of the basic skills to use the blackboard system, an evaluation card (observation) for the skills to use the blackboard system. The results of the research approved that there was statistically significant difference at the level of 0.05 between the average levels of staff members in the pre and post applications to test the achievement of the cognitive skills of using the Blackboard system to manage e-learning, in favor of the post application. There was also a statistically significant difference at the level of 0.05 between the average scores of staff members in the pre and post applications of the performance evaluation card for the skills of using the Blackboard system for managing e-learning, in favor of the post application. By validating the hypotheses, the suggested program proved to be effective.
