The Islamic Rooting for the Administrative Communication "An Analytical Study"

Abstract


The current research aimed at investigating the rooting of the administrative communication in the light of the administrative thought. The research made use of the descriptive and fundamentalist approaches and it was organized in two dimensions: the first one tackled the concept of administrative communication in Islam and its most prominent types, skills, strategies, and obstacles. The second dimension addressed the administrative communication in Islam taking into account its forms, specifications. The study also portrayed the basics of the Islamic administrative communication concerning its importance, types, skills and obstacles. The results of the present research showed that the administrative communication in Islam is not different in its elements from communication in administrative thought in general, but it is distinguished in its fundamentals and foundations because they are based on the source of revelation (the Qur'aan and Sunnah). There are various sources of Islamic rooting investigation of the administrative communication like the Qur'aan, Sunnah, consensus and analogy. On the other hand, there are various principles, forms and delimitations of the Islamic rooting investigation of the administrative communication. More than that, the research showed that the administrative communication in Islam, in relation to its direction, is divided into ascending, descending and horizontal and each form has its advantages and disadvantages. The administrative communication in Islam in relation to its style is divided into written and oral and each one has its advantages and disadvantages. The communication skills are various to include spoken and written languages and each form has its methods, advantages and obstacles and there are strategies of the effective communication, which increase its effectiveness. The obstacles are various to include organizational obstacles and perceptual obstacles.
