The level of job immersion among school leaders in a country

Abstract

The study aimed to identify The Level of Job Involvement among School Leaders in Buraydah City, and to identify the statistically significant differences in the level of Job Involvement in the study sample, which is attributed to the study variables (specialization, years of experience, training courses). To achieve the objectives of the study, the researcher adopted the descriptive research method. The sample of the study consisted of 178 leaders in Buraydah City. The researcher used the scale developed by Schaufeli & Bakker (2003) to measure Job Involvement. The study found that the level of Job Involvement among school leaders in Buraidah is very high. There are statistically significant differences in the level of Job Involvement attributed to specialization variable and years of experience, while there are no differences attributed  to variable training courses
