The reality of the practice of secondary school leaders in Al-Namas Educational District Administrative Transparency "field study"

Abstract

The purpose of this study identified to the degree of administrative transparency for the practice of the leaders of high school in Al Namas educational governorate in the point of view of teachers. in order to achieve the goal of the study the researcher develops a questionnaire to collect data formed from 25 a paragraphs. The community of the study contain all teachers of high school in AlNamas educational governorate amounting to their number (324) teacher, consisted sample, the study of (65) teacher 20% of the community of the study selected way random. Results of the study showed the overall score of the exercise administrative transparency of secondary school leaders in Al-Namas Educational Governorate Based on the point of view of the study sample was medium. The highest dimensions exercise is the transparency in systems and laws and average was (3.13) followed by the dimension ،dimension of the transparency in of information and working mechanisms with average of (3.03) followed by dimension of the transparency in decision-making with average of (3.02) The results also showed that the overall score of impediments to the practice of secondary school leaders in Al-Namas Educational Governorate for Administrative Transparency based on the point of view was great.
