Abstract:
The study aimed at identifying the reality of kindergarten teachers' application for the professional standards of the National Center for Measurement and Evaluation. The study included the recognition of the reality of kindergarten teachers' application for the standards of growth fields, curriculum and methodology standards, the educational environment standards, the standards of interaction and guidance, standards for partnership with the family, and finally the standards for evaluation,The aim of the study was to determine whether there were statistically significant differences among the responses of the study population according to the variables: (academic qualification, type of qualification, and years of work experience). In order to achieve the objectives of the study, the researcher used the descriptive method. The questionnaire is a tool for collecting data and information from the study population, including female leaders and agents of governmental kindergartens in Riyadh, amounted (106) containing (55) leaders and (51) agents. The results of the study: 1-The approval of the study population to a medium degree on the reality of the kindergarten teacher's application to the standards of growth fields. 2-The approval of the study population to a great extent on the reality of the kindergarten teacher's application to the standards of (curriculum and methodology, the educational environment, interaction and guidance, partnership with the family, evaluation).
