The role of community partnership in caring for art talented students from Art Education teachers’ point of view teachers in Riyadh

Abstract
This study aimed to identify the role of community partnership in caring for art talented students from art education teachers’ view in the city of Riyadh, and whether the sample estimates of the role of community partnership differ depending on the difference of sex and experience. The descriptive approach was used. The study sample consisted of (243) art education male and female teachers in Riyadh. The questionnaire was used as a measuring tool and consisted of (33) items distributed on (4) areas. The validity and reliability coefficient was confirmed. Results of the study in the areas of community partnership in caring for art talented students showed that the means ranged between (2.24 - 2.64). The role of community partnership proved to be very weak. The area of financial and physical partnership was at first rank and had a moderate degree followed by the administrative area, the consultancy partnership area, and the partnership area in the vision and objectives, all of which came at a weak degree. Results of the study also showed that there is no statistically significant differences at the significance level (α = 0.05) in the sample estimates for the role of community partnership in caring for talented art students attributed to the variables of gender and experience.
