Leadership styles of school Female leaders and their relationship to Job Performance for Teachers of Talented Students in Riyadh City

Abstract

This study aimed to identify the leadership styles of the leadership styles of the school leaders and their relation to the performance of the teachers of talented students in the city of Riyadh ،in addition to the difference in leadership styles according to the variables (experience ، qualification). The study sample consisted of (106) female teachers working in the schools of gifted students. The researcher used the descriptive descriptive method. The study tool consisted of a questionnaire consisting of two axes: the first relates to the leadership styles consisting of (38) The functional ( trvm jrds H]hxcomponent of (13) paragraph ،has been verified its credibility and stability. The results of the study showed that the democratic leadership style among the school leaders is the predominant leadership style ،which came in first place with an average of (4.44) ،which corresponds to the estimate very significantly ،followed by the leadership leadership model (3.40) The dominant leadership style came at a weak grade with an average of (2.46). The traditional leadership style ranked last with an average of 2.31 ،which corresponds to the estimation with a weak score. The results of the study showed that there were no statistically significant differences at the level of (α 00.05) among the sample of the
   sample of the leadership styles of the school leaders due to the variables of experience and scientific qualification. The results also revealed a positive correlation between And the level of performance of the teachers. The results of the study showed that there is a negative relationship between the traditional leadership style and the authoritarian leadership style and the level of performance of the teachers in the gifted schools
