Abstract

A future framework for the science teacher preparation program for the General Diploma in Education In light of the "SWOT" analysis model
The current research aims to develop a future strategic plan for the development of a science teacher preparation program for the General Diploma in Education in light of the SWOT analysis in the Faculty of Education, University of Alexandria. The descriptive analytical approach was used to analyze the teacher preparation program and to develop a strategic plan for its development in order to reject reality and identify strengths and weaknesses in the environment The internal environment of the program, as well as the external environment analysis of the science teacher preparation program in the general diploma and monitoring opportunities and threats, then a set of research tools were prepared which were:, and then applying the previous research tools to the research sample the proposed framework has been drawn up, the strategic plan for developing the science teacher preparation program at the Faculty of Education, Alexandria University
