Abstract

Abstract :
This research discusses a proposed perspective of for Employing of Educational Vouchers (Educational Coupons) in achieving the Social Justice for the university students in Egypt to identify the requirements and obstacles of implementing Educational Vouchers (Educational Coupons) in the Egyptian universities. This research is divided into three themes. The first theme provides the Theoretical framework that shows the essence, aims, importance, types, forms of financing and application stages of Educational Vouchers (Educational Coupons) system. Also, this theme highlights the concept, types, principles, importance and nature of Social Justice in the Egyptian universities. The second theme includes the empirical study which consists of two components: the first component measures the obstacles of implementing Educational Vouchers (Educational Coupons) in the Egyptian universities. The second component measures the requirements of implementing Educational Vouchers (Educational Coupons) in the Egyptian universities. This study was conducted on a sample of education experts in faculties of education. This research found that the system of Educational Vouchers (Educational Coupons) is worthy of application to achieve Social Justice through the delievery of support to the deserved, providing equal educational opportunities for each student and getting new resources for universities to support education.  And then, upgrading the level of the quality and educational services. The third theme addresses a proposed perspective of for Employing of Educational Vouchers (Educational Coupons) in achieving the Social justice for the university students in Egypt.
