Developing the skills of the twenty-first century with advanced industrial technical education in Egypt To keep pace with the requirements of the labor market

Abstract

     The study aimed to develop the skills of the twenty-first century for students of advanced industrial technical education (industrial technical education five years system); in order to keep pace with the renewed requirements of the labor market that are characterized by change and continuous development, the study used the descriptive approach, and the study provided four tracks that formed the steps of the study to achieve the goal that sought  To achieve it, these steps were: Providing a general framework for the skills of the twenty-first century, then the relationship between the requirements of the labor market and the skills of the twenty-first century, followed by the reality of the skills of the twenty-first century among students of advanced industrial technical education in Egypt to keep pace with  Pat the labor market, the study concluded the steps to submit a proposal for the development of conception atheist century skills in technical education industrial advanced to keep up with the labor market requirements.
