Abstract

The current research aimed to investigate the effectiveness of enrichment activities for the living organism's unit based on the approach of STEAM to develop the scientific sense and enjoyment of learning science, and the research group consisted of (76) fourth-grade primary school students at Sadat Primary School for the academic year 2019/2020 AD, divided into two groups, an experimental group that studied  with the enrichment activities Based on STEAM approach, and the other was studied according to the activities prepared in the usual form, and the number was (38) students, and by applying the research tools afterwards, the results indicated that there were significant differences statistically In both the scientific sense test and scale of enjoyment of science learning for the Experimental group, the research recommended the necessity of considering the interdisciplinary approach in science education because it has a positive results on the quality of the educational process; and therefore on learning outcomes; training teachers in all disciplines to cooperate, employing technology, caring for the emotional side of the learner, and providing him with skills and practices necessary for him to live in this era.
