"A proposed vision to improve the performance of the training and quality units in the Egyptian school in the light of recent trends"

Abstract

                The aim of the current research is to present a proposed vision to improve the performance of training and quality units in Egyptian schools in the light of recent trends, and to achieve the research goal, the descriptive analytical approach and its corresponding codified instrument were used, and the research consisted of three axes, the first of which is the conceptual framework for the reality of training and quality units, including origin, development, principles, goals, and Affecting  factors the training and quality units, and the second axes dealt with some modern trends of the training and quality units as well as reviewed three of them; namely, electronic training using technology, and the entrance to training for mastery and raising competencies, and peer training (Colleagues), and the last axes of the research includes presenting the proposed vision for developing training and quality units in schools in the light of recent trends. It included objectives, starting points, proposals and mechanisms for implementing the vision from - planning, implementation and evaluation - and the requirements for implementing the vision, and finally the implementing agencies of the vision .
