Abstract

The research dealt with the requirements of achieving social security for secondary stage students in Egypt, and submitting procedural suggestions to achieve this.
The research aims to identify the conceptual framework for social security in terms of its importance,concept,to reveal the school factors affecting the achievement of social security by analyzing the role of the school climate in the secondary school with its various elements, as well as to reach the requirements for achieving social security among secondary stage students in Egypt, and the research reached to provide some procedural suggestions to achieve social security requirements of secondary stage students in Egypt.
The research relied on the descriptive method as this approach was used when monitoring and analyzing the school climate and its role in achieving the requirements of achieving social security for secondary stage students in Egypt.
