Proposed mechanisms to develop the system of elementary education teacher preparation in Kuwait in the light of the Finnish experience.

This study aimed at identifying  proposed mechanisms to develop the system of elementary education teacher preparation in the State of Kuwait in the light of the Finnish experience in this field, This can be achieved through a number of secondary goals These include the following:
1-Studying the features of elementary education teacher preparation in the state of Kuwait.
2-Studying the system of elementary education teacher preparation in Finland.
3-Benefitting from the system of elementary education teacher preparation in Finland to develop the system of elementary education teacher preparation in the state of Kuwait.
The study used the descriptive method to fulfill its objectives,The study reached a set of proposed mechanisms to develop the system of elementary education teacher preparation in Kuwait in the light of the Finnish experience , These include the following:
1-The participation of teachers in the design of school curricula.
2-Establishing special councils concerned with teaching profession affairs.
3-Building experimental schools attached to every faculty of education to practise new teaching methodologies and techniques.
