The role of the philosophy curriculum in developing critical thinking among students of the Public Authority for Applied Education and Training in the State of Kuwait

Abstract :
The study aimed at identifying the content of the philosophy curriculum, analyzing it, and guaranteeing it to the standards of critical thinking (questioning and questioning - the formation of the scientific mind - the ability to produce arguments - continuous criticism and opinion - the formation of the scientific mind through comparison) in the books of philosophy.
The study used the critical analytical method to identify the skills of the development of critical thinking in the books of philosophy in the General Authority for Applied Education and Training.
 
Results :
1-    The scarcity of criteria for critical thinking Chapter II Like a standard (component of productive mind, doubt and questioning, free mind, ability to communicate, moral mind).
2-    The scarcity of criteria for critical thinking Chapter III is a criterion (component of productive mind, doubt and questioning, free mind, ability to produce arguments, constant criticism).
3-    The scarcity of criteria for critical thinking Chapter IV, such as the criterion (component of productive mind, doubt and questioning, free mind, continuous criticism).
The subjects in the philosophy curriculum are independent of each other. There is no correlation between the different subjects, even the similar ones, and there is no coherent unit
