The Islamic Education perspective of the incentive.

Abstract

Research summary
This research comprises three chapters، and aims at the following:
1- Exploring the concept of the incentive in the Islamic education perspective،
2- to pointing out the practical examples of administering the incentive from the Quran،  the prophet tradition (Sunnah) and live of the purist past people.
Research Conclusion:
1- The incentive according to Islamic education aims at keeping hidden forces in human being functional and active،
2- the Islamic education is uniqueamong other education thoughts،  by its complex perception to the incentive`s issue،  to include spiritual incentives،  which can not be find elsewhere.
3- under the Islamic education،  the incentive theory does not end or stop at the theory aspect of it،  but gives practical and live examples to proof that it`s not impossible to apply.
4- There are four types of incentives: material،  invisible، physical andspiritual،  which can be only considered in Islamic education system،  5- been realistic is one of the major qualities that made Islamic education system unique،  this can be noticed as it recognizes human feeling and needs،  which in return will serve as an energy and a driving force to perform well in his job.
