Abstract

The research aimed to know the effectiveness of designing an educational simulation program in acquiring skills for employing web 2.0 tools for female teachers at Princess Nourah bint Abdul Rahman University. The study sample consisted of a random sample of female students, female teachers, a second level (special education), Faculty of Education, Department of Education Technologies at Princess Noora Bint Abdul Rahman University, consisting of (44) female student teachers, divided into two groups, one of which is a pilot used in teaching it in a simulated learning program, and other training simulations The strength of each group (22) female teacher. The study used the semi-experimental approach, and the study tools consisted of the achievement test to measure the cognitive aspect of the employment skills of some web 2.0 tools, and the observation card to measure the practical side of the employment skills of some web 2.0 tools: the results proved the effectiveness of using the electronic educational simulation in the calculation of calculating skills The web compared to traditional methods and in light of this the researcher presented a set of appropriate recommendations and proposals.
