Abstract:
This article aims to crystallize the moral charter of social service and the responsibilities of professional practice by presenting the concept and elements of social service and the most important values ​​and principles on which to base its practice as an independent profession. The article then deals with the historical development of the ethics of social service and the responsibilities of specialists in this regard.
The article concluded that the profession of social service could gain its desired status through the development of practitioners themselves scientifically and practically in the light of contemporary global trends and the commitment to apply the principles and values ​​of professional practice in light of the ethical code of the profession
