Abstract

Abstract
The study aimed at identifying the relationship between Ethics leadership among school leaders and functional disease of teachers from the point of view of both teachers and school leaders, and to achieve the objectives of the study were followed descriptive approach, was chosen as a stratified random sample of school leaders reached (122) leader, and (356) teachers in Taif, was the application of the questionnaire to them, and reached the study to the existence of the degree of (big) moral leadership among school leaders, as well as a degree (large) of the job performance of teachers in Taif, also found relationship correlation is statistically significant at the level (0.01) between the moral leadership of the leaders of the job performance of their teachers, as found statistically significant differences at the level (0.01) between the averages of the study sample in the degree of leaders of ethical leadership for the benefit of school leaders, and also found statistically significant differences between the mean differences the study sample in the job performance of teachers in favor of the teachers' degrees, based on these findings was presented a set of recommendations, including: the need to maintain as revealed by the results and that there is a high degree of existing management practices on ethical leadership skills in general education schools leaders, as well as strengthen the high levels of performance Career teachers at public schools in Taif through direct them towards ways and methods that support this positive performance and maintain high levels of it, with documentation of their performance can be evaluated so as desired.
