THE ROLE OF THE EDUCATIONAL SUPERVISOR IN DEVELOPING THE EDUCATIONAL PERFORMANCE OF STUDENTS WITH HEARING DISABILITIES' TEACHERS IN RIYADH FROM THEIR POINT VIEW

Abstract

Abstract_ The study aimed to identify the role of the educational supervisor in developing the educational performance of students with hearing disabilities' teachers in Riyadh from their point view.The researcher used the descriptive survey approach, based on questionnaire as a tool for the study. The sample included (86) teachersof students with hearing disabilities. The results of study show that there is consistency among study members on the role of educational supervisor in improving the educational performance of teachers of students with hearing disabilities with a mean of (2.004). The most prominent of these roles: the role of the educational supervisor in improving the educational performance, that earned the first degree with a total mean (2.02), and the role of the educational supervisor in preparing and implementing the individual educational plan earned the second degree with a total mean (1.97). Based on the above results, researcher recommends the need to rehabilitate the educational supervisors by assigning them to the master programs, to improve their competences in supervision methods in students with hearing disabilities programs
