The aim of the research was to develop critical listening skills in different educational stages, especially the secondary stage, and the use of teaching methods that help to develop the students' ability to understand the audio material. The study used ethical analysis approach to develop critical listening of moral reasoning. The most important results were: • The effectiveness of the ethical analysis approach in the development of critical listening skills, where there is a statistically significant difference between the average scores of students of the research group in the post-test of critical listening skills for the post-test. •The effectiveness of the entrance of moral analysis in the development of critical listening skills. There is a statistically significant difference between the average scores of the students of the research group in the post-test of critical listening skills in each skill for the benefit of the post-test
