Abstract

 The study aimed to identify the spiritual intelligence and psychological compatibility and their relationship with the decision-making of the secondary school  Female students in Alrass, and the sample of the study consisted of (300)  Female  students in the secondary school, and included the study tools integrated spiritual intelligence measure of the preparation of Amramm & Dryser  Arabization and legalization ( Bushra, 2013), the BEL measure for psychological compatibility legalization (Atawi, 2006), the decision-making measure (Al-Tarawneh, 2006), data collection, analysis and statistical transactions using SPSS program to extract results, and the results of the current study found a positive correlation Statistically significant between the spiritual intelligence and decision-making of secondary-level female students, and the presence of the predictive capacity of the independent variable (spiritual intelligence) of the dependent variant ( Decision-making development) for secondary-level female students.
