The contribution of the principal of the primary school in achieving incentives for teachers in Al-Kharj Governorate

Abstract

This study aimed to know how the principal of the Elementary School contribute to achieve the motivation and incentives in Al kharj province either financial or moral in addition to know the difficulties which face the principal to achieve it for the teachers who work in Al Kharj province ،also to know the differences opinions between the study members according to their (Qualifications ،Experience in the field of Education and current job). The researcher has used in his study the descriptive analytical method as it is an appropriate method to the nature of the study by using the questionnaire which has been applied to the study during the first semester of the year 1436/1437 H. This study has consisted of random choice of teachers who teach in Elementary Schools in Al Kharj province which has reached (210 teachers).This study has resulted numbers of important points such as the following: 1- There is an average agreement among the study members due to the role of the Elementary School principal to achieve the motivations for the teachers in Al Kharj province which contain the following: * Respectingthe teachers opinions and their points of views when he participates with them in their discussions. * Spreading the satisfaction when he visits the teachers. * Avoiding the different treatment among the teachers in the school. 2- There is an average agreement among the study members regarding the difficulties that face the principal of the Elementary School to achieve the motivations of the teachers in Al Kharj province such as the following: * Poor supply by the Department of Education for the activities. * The concern of the Department of Education is on the organizational part more than motivations. * Giving the priority to the decisions which have effective results rather to give it to the motivations. * Poor of their knowledge regarding any developments and improvements in the management. 3- There are no statistically differences among the average of the study members opinions regarding the contribution and the difficulties that face the principal of the Elementary School to achieve the motivations for the teachers according to their (Qualifications ،Experience in the field of Education and current job).
