Abstract

Egypt launched In 2018 a sustainable development strategy, or what is known as Egypt's 2030 vision, which follows the footsteps of Cairo's 2050 vision, and Egypt's 2030 vision has dimensions and axes (the economic dimension: the economic development axis - the energy axis - knowledge, innovation and scientific research - the transparency and efficiency of social institutions The social dimension: the axis of social justice - the axis of health - the axis of education and training the axis of culture The environmental dimension: the axis of the environment - the axis of urban development), so that by 2030 the Egyptian society will be a creative, innovative society, and a producer of science, technology and knowledge, and scientific research as a job The three University is the main pillar of the development of any society, which has a role in the treatment of many problems,
       Educational research is also one of the most reliable methods for modernizing and developing education, especially with regard to the elements of the educational process in all its aspects and sides, and reviewing the goals and objectives of education at different stages to ensure its response to modern changes and the success of Egypt's 2030 vision, and the study sought to reach a specific formulation of the responsibilities of educational research, Especially ethical ones, as the study found some guiding principles that were called "responsibilities" that may help Activating the Role of Educational Research to achieve a Sustainable Development Strategy for Scientific Research (Egypt's Vision 2030), namely:
1-Responsibilities to Educational Research participants.
2-Responsibilities to sponsors, customers and stakeholders in the field of Educational Research.
3. Responsibilities to the Educational Research community.
4. Responsibilities for the Educational Research publishing and publisher.
5- Responsibilities for researchers’ wellbeing and development
