Abstract

The research aims to clarify the legal approach to dealing with contemporary intellectual terms. And its statement in contemporary reality, and the conclusion that underlies these terms. And highlighting the role of Islamic education in guiding the existing intellectual terms. The researcher followed the descriptive, historical, and critical approach. Among the most important results of the study, that what is sung in the texts of the Sharia is to devise an integrated approach in directing contemporary intellectual terms, and this is a sign of the validity of Islam, for every time and place. The good. Intellectual terms, arriving in the foundations that underpin them, converge to their origins and origin. The activation of educational institutions for the educational role in guiding contemporary intellectual terms may contribute effectively to the manifestation of the connotations of intellectual terms.
