Abstract


The present research aimed to reach a list of work organization skills associated with the type of electronic tool in a learning environment based on the resulting virtual team strategy during the interaction to build the school's strategic plan skills for the educational technology specialists, where the research sample consisted of (60) students from the fourth year students, during the academic year 2018/2019 ad.
The results of current research showed the following: reaching to five main skills to organize the work inside the team, namely, the team organizational skills- the skills of defining roles and responsibilities- the social interaction skills- the performance skills- the decision making skills. Also, the excellence of the type of electronic tool (the discussion board) over the type of electronic tool (the groups calendar) in increasing the number of work organization skills represented in the team organizational skills, the skills of defining roles and responsibilities and the performance skills whereas in case of decision making skills, the type of electronic tool (the groups calendar) exceeded over the type of electronic tool (the discussion board).
