Abstract


 Research objectives: This research airs at decreasing psychological burnout symptoms of Preparatory Stage Female Teachers through Cognitive Behavioral
Trainirg Program. Research sample: the current research sample consists of (60) Preparatory Stage Female Teachers in Tajoura, Tripoli city - Libya, divided into two groups; experimental group of (30), and control group of (30).

Social and cultural level form Prepared by the researcher         
 Psychological burnout scale for Preparatory Stage Female Teachers/ Preparc     by the researcher.                                                                                                        

Cognitive Behavioral Training Program to decrease Psychological burnout Prepare: ory Stage Female Teachers/ prepared by the researcher the research outcomes indicate that the Cognitive Behavioral Training Program is effective decreasing Psychological tumout symptoms of Preparatory Stage Female Teachers.
