A proposed scenario for improving secondary school administration using the servant leadership entrance

Abstract


The study aimed to identify the level of secondary school female leaders' practice for the servant leadership from the perspectives of the secondary school female teachers in the eastern part of Riyadh City, as well as to identify the proposals that woul fed improve the management of these schools by using entrance of the servant leadership from the perspectives of the female teachers, and also to put  a proposed perception to improve the management of the secondary schools by using  entrance of the servant leadership... The study reached several results, the most important of them were: the level of secondary school female leaders' practice for the servant leadership from the perspectives of the secondary schoolmale teachers in the eastern part of Riyadh City was with a (high) degree, with a general average of (3.45), and that the descending order of the servant leadership' dimensions according to practice degree was as follows: (Altruism, Human Relationships, Empowerment, Personal Values, Organizational Responsibility, Designing Convincing Plans). As the results showed that the response degree to the proposals that would improve the management of the secondary schools using entrance of the servant was with a (high) degree, a proposed perception was developed to improve the management of the secondary schools by using  entrance of the servant leadership.
