Abstract


This study aims to identify the cultural, legal, social and economic requirements of the development of the culture of volunteerism for high schoolgirls in light of Saudi Arabia vision 2030.
The researcher used the survey descriptive method. The study is applied to a random sample totaling (720) members of the study population in Riyadh city. The researcher used the questionnaire as tool of collecting information.
The following are the most important findings of the study: 
The study sample members agree to the requirements of the development of culture of volunteerism in light of Saudi Arabia vision (2030) in terms of its four fields (at "agree" level), by providing training courses for the schoolgirls desiring to be involved in volunteerism, setting a good example and the use of technology to raise awareness of the culture of volunteerism and its importance in building society.
