The Organizational Climate and its relationship to the job Performance effectiveness of the female administrative employees at Umm Al-Qura University (AField Study)

Abstract

This study aimed to identify the degree of the practice of the organizational climate in its dimensions (organizational structure, leadership pattern, communication pattern, participation in making the decision, work systems and processes, technology). To identify the degree of the job performance effectiveness of the female administrative employees at the university studiesdeanship of the female students at Umm Al-Qura University. To find out whether there is a correlation relationship between the degree of the practice of the organizational climate specific dimensions and the degree of the job performance effectiveness of the female administrative employees at the university studies deanship of the female students at Umm Al-Qura University the number of (509) female employees. The researcher used the questionnaire to collect the required information. The study followed the survey descriptive method.  The study concluded that: -The degree of the practice of the organizational climate dimensions was at a medium degree from the point. -The degree of the job performance effectiveness was at a medium degree.     from the point. -There is a statistically significant correlation relationship between the degree  of the practice of the organizational climate dimensions and the degree job performance effectiveness .of the The study recommends that: the university leaders to put an end to the centralismand to reinforce the principle of devolution of powers to provide a work environment that allows female employees to find security and job stability..
