Abstract

      This study aimed to reveal The effectiveness of an Educational Counseling Program in developing the levels of reading comprehension  at students fourth grade, The sample of the study consisted of "31" male and female students, They were chosen as a purposive sample. The quasi-experimental approach to reveal the effect of dependent variable (Educational Counseling Program) on independent variable (Reading comprehension),  Two tools were applied to achieve the goals of the study; an achievement test. The results showed a statistically significant The effectiveness of Educational Counseling Program in developing the levels of reading comprehension At students fourth grade
