The Reality of Applying Excellence Management with the Felmale Deputies of Scientific Departments in Imam Mohammad Ibn Saud Islamic University in the Light of the Criteria ofr European Model for Excellence (EFQM)

Abstract

This study aimed to reveal the reality of applying excellence management with the deputies of the scientific departments in Al Imam Mohammad Bin Saudi Islamic University in the light of the European form for excellence Management EFQM from the perspective of the faculty members. This study utilized the descriptive approach. The community of the study consisted of all the faculty members in the scientific departments in Al Imam Mohammad Bin Saud Islamic university during the second semester (1434 /1435 AH).
The study utilized the questionnaire as a table for data collection and it concluded several results, namely:
1-      The degree of applying excellence management with the deputies of the scientific departments in the light of the criteria of the European form for excellence management (EFQM) from the perspective of the faculty members was moderate with a mean of (3. 07) and standard deviation (. 93). There are statistically significant differences at P (00. 5) attributed to the Scientifics degree variable in the responses of the study sample in the process of applying the quality management in favor of the professors, the associate professors and the assistant professors.
2-      There are statistically significant differences at P (0. 05) attributed to the years of experiences variable in the responses of the study sample in the process of applying the excellence management in favor of the category (from 10 to less than 15 years) and the category (more than 15 years) of experiences.
