Factors Concerning Reluctance the Members Teaching Staff at Faculty of Education of Al-Imam Mohammed Bin Saud Islamic University to Use Peer Evaluation for Teaching Performance – A filed Study

Abstract
The present study aimed to reveal the subjective, cultural and vocational factors concerning reluctance to use peer evaluation for teaching performance. It also aimed to propose solutions that may contribute to reduce these factors, and identify the statistically significant differences between the individuals of the sample and variables (sex , scientific department and the academic Rate)frommembers teaching staff point of view of at faculty of Education of Al-Imam MohammedBin Saud Islamic university . 
  The study was based on the descriptive (survey) method and take a questionnaire as a tool to collect data .
  The study reached the following results: 
-The order of the related factors was as follow: culture factors were ranked first, followed by the vocational factors and subjective factors. 
- There weren't statistically significant differences among the study dimensions due to the variables in tool as whole.
- The study recommended the encouragement members staff to use peer evaluation for developing teaching performance.
