The Reality of Postgraduate Curricula in Enhancing the Saudi Personality among College of Education Students, Prince Sattam bin Abdulaziz University from the Perspective of Faculty Members According to Vision 2030

Abstract: 
The present study aimed at identifying the reality of postgraduate curricula in enhancing the Saudi personality among students of the College of Education at Sattam bin Abdulaziz University from the perception of faculty members in accordance with Vision 2030. In order to investigate the study questions, the two researchers used the descriptive survey method and followed the complete census method for the study community and they included (29) faculty members assigned to teach postgraduate students during the first semester of the academic year 1441AH and after application, (23) responses. The study instrument consisted of a questionnaire consisting of (59) phrases distributed over four axes. The results of the study showed that the objectives of the curricula and its courses contributed significantly to the enhancement of the Saudi personality among students of the Collage of Education at Prince Sattam bin Abdulaziz University. The results also showed that the faculty members and the management of the university contributed significantly to the enhancement of the Saudi personality among students of the Collage of Education at Prince Sattam bin Abdulaziz University.
