Abstract
This study aimed at revealing the role of school leadership in promoting the values of high school students using the Japanese experience of Tokatsu. The study problem was identified in the following main question:
"What is the role of school leadership in promoting the values of high school students through the Japanese experience (Tokatsu)? "
In order to answer the questions of the study, the procedural method was used. The sample was randomly selected for 26 students in the first grade. The observation tool was used for the role of the leader and the tribal and remote observation of the students. The interview tool was also used for 10 female students to deepen the results of the observation and support for its credibility.
The results of the study showed the following:
1 - Supporting the school leadership and preparing it for the appropriate environment, and granting it powers within the regulations to conduct the tukatsu workshops, has contributed to strengthening the values of (discipline and cooperation) among the first grade secondary students.
  2 - Tokatsu workshops contributed to strengthen the values (discipline and cooperation) of students through repeated sessions and exchange dialogues purpose.
      On the basis of the results, the researcher recommends that the Ministry of Education adopt the activities of Tokatsu for its importance in the development of the student and enhance its value. It also recommends holding training courses for leaders and teachers on how to conduct the activities of Tokatsu and the importance
