Abstact
This study aims to develop Teachers communication Skills to help them to reduce the attention deficit among the first basic education in the Sultanate of Oman. The study method distributed among 10 teachers from one school in the sultanate of Oman and their age between 25 to 45 years old and among 12 children with short attention and their Intelligence quotient is average and aged between 6 to 10 years old. In order to achieve the purposes of the study, the tools that were used in this study are, note cards to activate teachers communication skills, list of the diagnosis of attention deficit, communication skills development program for teachers and Stanford–Binet Intelligence Scale Picture number 5 (Safowat Faraj, 2013).
Study Result:
1- The performance of the experimental sample differs from the parameters on the list of communication skills according to the tribal and remote criteria, which indicates the effectiveness of the program presented to the teachers.
2- The performance of the experimental sample is not different from the list of communication skills according to the different dimensions and follow-up, indicating the effectiveness of the program presented and its continued impact.
3- The performance of the experimental sample of students on the attention deficit hyperactivity disorder scale varies according to the tribal and remote dimensions, in the direction of telemetry. This indicates the effectiveness of the teacher communication development program to reduce attention deficit in students with disorders.
4- The performance of the experimental sample of students on the attention deficit hyperactivity disorder scale is not different according to the distance and follow-up measurements, which indicates the effectiveness of the program provided to the teachers and its continuous effect
