Designing a proposed program for portable museum education as an input to the development of Art Apperception.

Abstract

Child is one of basic pillars in community building, care of child and maintaining him represents preservation of cultural, social and scientific heritage, museum aims to make living his present in which he can smell fragrant of the past, and looking forward the future; due to facts and information included in museum message, museum is a nation memory and inspiration source of science, culture and entertainment, role of museum education programs emerges in transferring of this message to the child wherever he can (school, street, festivals………) and this is objective of the current study.
The research focuses on design of a program for portable museum education as introduction to develop fine sense of receiver (children and youths……….) and to present these programs in accordance with theories and method of sense and art criticism, in educational academic framework that achieves desired objectives, using art works which represent pioneers of Saudi fine art.
The researcher used the descriptive methodology for the occasion and what the research is in terms of collecting information and extracting results from it and analyzing it. The researcher reached the most important results: that the education of the museum has a prominent role in the dissemination of artistic taste through the design of educational programs, and address the gap between the museum and society by moving his message on the shelves and walls to more widespread and easier access.
