Degree of the Educational Leaderships Applying the Leadership Competences from the Secondary Stage Female Teachers Point View at Al-Ta'ef District

Abstract

 
          The study aimed at investigating the degree of the educational leaderships applying the leadership competences from the secondary stage female teachers  point view at Al-Ta'ef district. To achieve the study objective, the researcher applied a developed questionnaire consisted of (50) items covering (4) domains; the technical domain, the social competences, the administrative competences and the knowledge competences. The study sample consisted of (314) female teachers were chosen randomly.  The study results revealed that the level of applying the leadership competences by the educational leaderships was high. the social competences ranked firstly, the knowledge competences ranked secondly, while the technical competences ranked finally. The results revealed also there aren't any statistically significant differences due to the specialization variable. There are statistically significant differences due to the academic qualification variable, in favor of (high studies). Also there are statistically significant differences due to the experience variable in favor of (from 5-10 years and more than 10 years).
