Degree of Female Educational Supervisors Participation in Solving the Technical and Administrative School Problems in Al Qunfudhah Governorate and its Correlation to the Organizational Commitment
 
The present study aimed to investigate the degree of educational supervisors participation in solving the technical and administrative problems in Al Qunfudhah Governorate schools and its correlation to the organizational commitment of teachers. The researcher made use of "the curriculum in its linked format". The study population consisted of (175) female school leaders and the study participants were (123) school leaders. The researcher utilized a questionnaire developed to collect data after verifying its reliability and validity. The results showed that the degree of participation of educational supervisors in solving the technical and administrative problems was average, and the level of organizational commitment among teachers at schools was average also. The results also showed that there is a statistically significant correlation between the degree of educational supervisors participation in solving the technical and administrative problems and the level of organizational commitment among teachers.
