Ways To Develop The Relationship Between the departments of Fundamentals Education In Saudi Universities From The Perspective Of Faculty Members.

Research Topic: Ways To Develop The Relationship Between the departments of Fundamentals Education In Saudi Universities From The Perspective Of Faculty Members.
The research aim to: clarifying the ways of developing the relationship Between the departments of Fundamentals Education In Saudi Universities From The Perspective Of Faculty Members.
The results of the research showed: The Ratification of Faculty Members of the departments of fundamental education in Saudi universities on ways to Develop The Relationship Between the Departments of fundamental Education in Saudi universities significantly, with an average of (2.61), and the field of encyclopedias and scientific journals in the forefront of the Field that received a high degree of Ratification by teaching staffs to develop the relationship between the departments of  fundamental education in Saudi universities with an average of: (2.83), followed by the field of conferences, seminars and scientific forums with an average of: (2.82), then the field of post graduate with an average of: (2.50), followed by the field of administrative portion with an average of: (2.47), And Finally The field of university study with an average of: (2.44).
In illumination of these results: the researcher recommended the Necessity of Activating the Ways of Developing The Relationship Between The Departments of Fundamental Education in Saudi Universities according to the fields reached by the field research, and accentuation the Importance of Developing The Relationship Between The Departments of Fundamental education and other scientific departments, in order to achieve the required level in the performance of its scientific and educational mission.
