Objectives: This study aims to identifying:
The role of teacher in developing the honesty value for the primary stage students in Dammam .This through these sub-goals:

Observe if the teacher do his role in developing the honesty value with his primary stage students. This observation according to the directors and the educational supervisors in Dammam.
Identify the blocks and difficulties that prevent the teachers from playing their roles in developing the honesty value with his primary stage students, according to the directors and the educational supervisors in Dammam.
Identify the ways to avoid these blocks and difficulties that prevent the teachers from playing their roles in developing the honesty value with his primary stage students, according to the directors and the educational supervisors in Dammam.
Discover the differences, with statistical fundamentals, in members of the study community response according to their jobs(director, supervisor).

Methodology: Descriptive Survey Approach,    Study Tool: Questionnaire
Population of the Study: The primary schools educational directors and supervisors in Dammam, (144) educational director and supervisor.
