The Reality of Governance Practice in Jarash University from the Viewpoint of Instructors Faculty and administrative Faculty

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to identify the reality practice of Governance in the Jarash University from the viewpoint of its instructor’s faculty and administrative faculty. The researcher develop instrument compose of (58) items distributed in the six domains and vadality and reliability was test it.  The sample has been chosen by the random way during the academic semester 2017/2018. The researcher used the descriptive analysis method. The study resulted has showed that the practice of Governance in Jarash university were high by (3.89) and there is statically differences refer to variables of the study such as job status and years of service. In the light of study resulted the research recommended adopted Governance standards in the universities in order to increase distinguish among the universities and conferring the challenge in the current and future.
