Standards of Educational and Technical Design for E-Book: A Case Study on the Second Year Intermediate Science Book

Abstract

The current research aims to prepare a list of technical standards and specifications for the design of e-books, to reveal the strengths and weaknesses in the electronic textbooks for the second grade average, and to develop a proposed conception of what should be e-textbooks. The researcher used the analytical descriptive method to know the actual reality of the book The researcher chose the electronic research book for the second intermediate grade. The researcher used the following tools: Laa saw the jury educational and technical standards for the design of the e-book education, and to identify educational and technical standards finalized after arbitration, and form a poll for the availability of these standards and their importance in the research sample, a e-book science second grade average. One of the main findings of the research is that electronic textbooks must contain educational objectives that are structurally structured, an e-book content organization, an interactive presentation, an e-book cover, and all these elements are built in the light of educational and technical standards.
