Abstract

The psychometric characteristics for scale of facing functional stresses among a sample of psychological counselors in Gaza Strip The research aimed to prepare scale of the skills of facing functional stresses among a sample of psychological counselors in Gaza Strip. The sample of the study consists of (219) counselors who work in the Ministry of Education and Higher Education. The scale consists of (4) dimensions: Stress management, Emotional Intelligence, Effective Communication, Time management, and consists of (42) paragraphs. The psychometric efficiency of the scale has been verified by following the sincerity of the arbitrators, the assertion sincerity, the calculation of the stability in Alpha Kronbach method, the half-split method and the calculation of the internal homogeneity of the scale
