Abstract

The study aimed to reveal the effectiveness of an electronic learning environment using the Blackboard learning management system in developing digital transformation skills among female students of the College of Education. The study relied on the semi-experimental approach, and the sample consisted of (30) female students from the College of Education, who were chosen intentionally, divided into into two groups, the first an experimental group (n = 15 female students), which studied through an electronic learning environment using the Blackboard learning management system, and the second a control group (n = 15 female students), Which was studied in the usual way, and the study tools were: a questionnaire to estimate digital transformation skills prepared by the researcher, and an electronic learning environment using the Blackboard learning management system to develop digital transformation skills among female students of the College of Education prepared by the researcher, The results showed that there were statistically significant differences at the level of significance (0.001) between the average ranks of the scores of the control and experimental groups in the post-measurement of the digital transformation skills scorecard and its sub-axes in favor of the experimental group, and the presence of statistically significant differences at the level of (0.01) between the average ranks of the scores of the members of the experimental group in The pre- and post-measurements of the total score of the Digital Transformation Skills Scorecard and its sub-axes in the direction of the post-measurement, There are no statistically significant differences between the average ranks of the experimental group members’ scores in the post and follow-up measurements of the digital transformation skills scorecard and its sub-axes.
